The Bottom Line The 2005 Acura TSX is a good all-around, fun-to-drive car with only a few minor shortcomings in the design and electronics departments. The 2006 Acura TSX is a well-balanced, well-appointed car. Its four-cylinder engine is surprisingly stout, and cabin electronics are in line with Acura's high-tech focus, although the carmaker could do with outsourcing its audio systems. Fun to drive if not inspirational, the 2008 Acura TSX remains a solid contender in its price range, but the competition has gained ground. The 2006 Acura TL is the measure of its class rivals in terms of features and value, but it's somewhat uninspiring in looks and performance. Although none of its cabin tech is over the top, the 2009 Acura TSX offers a complete roster of useful in-dash gadgets. Its enjoyable driving characteristics make it a great driver in a variety of situations, from commute traffic to road trips.
