"very desirable car"
Pros: American jobs American design American value
Cons: what cons other than high initial price?
Summary: Highly coveted car that most people would love to drive. To say that the Northstar V8 could use new technologies is way off base. Why so biased anyway?
Lets just say this is a very good GM car and give GM credit for building good cars.

I have had my new DTS for the past week and so far could not be happier. It's a wonderful car with a gutsy engine and heavenly ride. Having had several back operations the ride quality was extremely importatnt.
I looked at several other fine autos Volvo, Mercedes, Toyota, Lexus and Buick. For my needs the Cadillac was the winner.
I was hoping the Buick Lucerne would have been an reasonable substitute since they maintain it's built on the same platform at the same factory but the ride and the interior did not come close.
I have always had Toyotas and Volvos so this was a hard decision but one I am very pleased with so far.
