The Bottom Line The 2006 Honda Accord EX is fun to drive but bland in the looks department. Its navigation system is top notch, but the audio system lets it down considerably. While we found the 2007 Honda Accord very enjoyable to drive, it fell short on a couple of key areas, most noticeably in its stereo system. The restyled 2008 Honda Accord EX-L looks good and offers a very comfortable drive. It works well as a commuter and family car, and its low emissions make it an environmentally conscious choice, but don't expect the most cutting-edge cabin tech. A comfortable, stylish car with limited audio components, the 2006 Honda Accord Hybrid is a pleasure to drive when it gets going, but with a higher price tag and lower gas mileage than the 2006 Accord EX, potential buyers will question the wisdom of buying one. The 2006 Acura TSX is a well-balanced, well-appointed car. Its four-cylinder engine is surprisingly stout, and cabin electronics are in line with Acura's high-tech focus, although the carmaker could do with outsourcing its audio systems.
