"not a bad car"
Pros: nice tech controls
Cons: to operate all the features of the car you lose track of the road
Summary: the cars average to me, it handls pretty good and rides pretty good but if your gonna spend like $45,000 on a car i rather get a audi, bmw, or mercedes infinitis have a very LOW RESALE value (check out the blue book if you dont believe me)
i got a perfect example for u, do you know anyone who has bought a used infiniti? i doubt it
its a pretty good car but to me its average and all the pros that cnet mentioned only the passenger can really enjoy them its too difficult to control if your driving

I won't even mention opinions here-just facts.
Infiniti dealerships won't but used M35/35x/45's because the resale values are so high, customers would rather spend a couple thousand more and get a new car.
I would know this-I work at an Infiniti dealership. -
CONSUMER ALERT! Nissan is having major problems with the navigation and center console electrical components. They have a world wide bulletin out. My M35 has been in the shop over 30 days with no fix in sight. What crap for a $50K car. RATING 2! In addition, the interior isn't that comfortable. My staff at the firm thinks the car stinks. Lexus is the way to go!

I like to see some negative in a sea of positive.

Actually, if you do your home work you'll find that the M holds it's value better than any BMW. Check it out.

It is clear that this reviewer has not driven this car. I have for 6000 miles and the technology operates seamlessly while driving. The telemetrics do not interfere with driving experience as they do in the BMW another car I have driven extensively. Judging by current leasing rates those who know cars believe this car's resale value will be quite high but don't expect to see a used one soon. Too many owners are thrilled with this car to see it come on the used car lots until leases are up in 3 years. The declining quality of the Audi's, BMW's and MB's will drop their unearned resale value in due time. The Japanese have figured out quality over flash and build cars to last. Besides when one purchases a car to enjoy why be so concerned about selling it??!! My M35X is near perfect and rates a 9.5 at least. Anyone rating it less hasn't driven it for any significant length of time and the review is therefore suspect. Another worried BMW owner I suspect.
