"Best value for a Luxury Sports Sedan on the market!" on by natenolls

Pros: Excellent ride quality when leisure driving and even better balance when leaning through corners. Interior ergonomics are far superior to any of its class competition. Extremely comfortable for all passengers. 8 airbags keeps the family safe.

Cons: Gas mileage in city driving (consistently get 33mpg on hwy, at 62mph) But what do you expect from a 286hp 3.5L V6? Be smart, buy a cold air intake. More power when wanted, better gas mileage when you dont.

Summary: If driving from point A to point B is for you, this car ISN'T. This is for the sport minded, luxury car loving, safety oriented drivers. Stock vehicles usually leave you craving for more, for just a little bit better. With the exception of better brake pads(Hawk, if you like to drive hard at times) the Type S leaves you wanting for naught. From the body lines to the wheels, from the balanced suspension to the powerful V6 with F1 paddle shifters and silky smooth shifts, from the enveloping seats to the voice-activated controls all of which are perfectly placed in the event your NOT a shmuck, this Acura is one of the very best out there (barring the NSX). It can be a comfy family car keeping you safe from all directions, until you drop the wife and kids at home and take a cruise to the twistys. Though understeer is prevalent, with proper apexing and throttle control this can be a very capable FWD sports sedan your wife can drive without giving you a coronary thinking shes going to wreck. All this is topped off with the reliability, longevity and reputation of Honda/Acura. So when you DO want to upgrade, this cars resale value will still be there. Is it possible to go wrong? Yes, of course, if you're buying from a nimrod who doesn't take care of his car. Short of that, i don't believe so.

"Nicest car ever had! 2 years and still soooo Happy!!!!" on by DRDHQ67

Pros: Very Good tech and many many details to mention! Powerful,
    Clean and economic engine!
The finshing and body details are high quality

Cons: Couldn't find any, maybe some steer if you step hard on the gas.

Summary: I like every function mechanical and how the tech works on it, the only thing I would like to be included on the tech would be navigation and music on a hard drive integrated and DVD movie player on the nice screen. But maybe is still a bit advanced for that thing about sues and copyrights although some lexus models have it I dont want to pay the extra price for that brand having on mind that this one would last and behave the same or better.

"Amazing car! I loved it! with all the 42 K bill! Nice!" on by drdavidhq

Pros: Too many to list, I liked all of the features, the look, the powerfull engine and economy 21 Miles city. How it handles itself on tight curves or streight roads. Acceleration is awasome beats so many V8s (with the paddles) and reviving the engine.

Cons: Can't think of one, maybe if you step so hard on the gas pedal it will spin the whells but that's supposed to be the power of the Vtech, Loved it! I couldn't import my contacts to the phone system, but maybe it was just my treo and a Samsung.

Summary: I will focus on the most impresive features I like, but I can tell you in advance that it is a real shame that this kind of model ended with the 2008, when lots and lots of people seemed to have discovered the TL and were buying it in mass. Just on my neighborhood I can see four 2008 TLs. The desgin itself gets a lot of looks and people come to you and ask you about the car, I have been asked and complimented many times the 17 months I have had it with 0 problems.

I always liked the model since I saw a 2005 TL, thanks God I decided to get it not knowing that 2008 was the last one of this style until I was told that on the dealer. So that rushed my decition to get it and It didn't dissapoint.

As I said I loved the tech which is not the last scream of it, since it doesnt have hard drive for navi and music but who wants to have many collections of music?
I just need one and it's on my Zune that I plug in thru a cassete adaptor, yep I know is the same that the guy at Cnet doesn't like and consider a "waste of real property" however it gave more sound clarity taking off the dolby noise reduction than the auxiliary input under the box in the middle of the seats. The sounds just come up neat crispy and clear! and I might have a few cassets left with 80s music which I play once in a long while. But I appreciate the option to hook up my zune which I have fed from this power adaptor so no battery problems and it is always ready to go with ALL of my collection of music (20,000 songs and counting). I am planing to get another Zune with more hard drive (12 gb wouldnt be enbough anyway, that's what you have left on the usual today's sound stereos) to get even more songs.

Anyway I went to San Francisco after owning the car for more than a year and it was one of the nicest trips I have ver had. The car behaves so steady and nice even in windy situations, and is fast!! As fast that I advice to get a cop detector 'cause you feel like going 40 when you go 100!! and it keeps going up to 160 and I bet beyond easily. I got up to 100 on 3rd gear and not even to the red line on revs. If the road is not that good you can have a bit rough trip but it will be like that even on luxury not sporty cars. Well if you like the line of the TL which is what many people like and will miss, get 2005 to 2008, there are all nice but I can say the 2008 is a wonder, I consider my self a crafmanship and high tech that can be feel and see.

    Thanks to read.
