Pros: Brilliant handling and sufficient power for a large vehicle. You can drive it like a cruiser or drive it hard in the switch backs for some fun. This car aims to please and pampers you at the same time.
Cons: Journalist tend to complain about the iDrive, but doesn't affect me. I learned how to use it in less than an hour if you just spend a little time with familiarizing yourself with the menus. It is not hard to use at all. Use voice commands instead.
Summary: Overall, this is an awesome vehicle to own that's pretty much got everything in it such as the Active Cruise control with Stop and go that work nicely in traffic. Only if it could steer on its own, then you are set. This car has a nice deep growl, quiet cabin with top up, excellent comfort for long trips, lots of fun in the twisty roads, attention grabber, and is "The Ultimate Driving Machine".

Pros: Exterior looks (don't understand journalists' beef w/the rear), minimalist interior classy design, ZERO body roll in turns, nice surge of power after 30mph, but could be better off the line, very solid, road hugging, confident, sturdy ride.
Cons: iDrive is not terrible by any stretch, but it could be better. Stiff racing ready suspension = you feel the potholes. Can't have it both ways I guess. My only real beef with the car is due to the rag top, people can't hear me on the bluetooth connectio
Summary: A beautiful, luxurious, two door with ample (not mind blowing, however) performance. It is truly the refined gentlemen's "sports car". If you're in your 20's and want to play with your life and go 0-60 in 4 seconds, get a mustang Supra. If you're content with having the fastest car on the highway (ex-the lunatic Supra owners) with style and comfort, I strongly recommend this car. You don't see many around, which only adds to its desireability. It's one of the few BMWs that wasn't designed for stuffy middle aged and older people. In short, it is dripping with sex appeal!
