Pros: MPG is better than EPA estimates, high quality tech and interior (bluetooth streaming, Bose stereo, high quality nav, etc.), quick (Car & Driver says 7.1 sec to 60mph), and fun to drive.

Cons: Only had my 2011 Altima for a few weeks, so still getting used to the inconsistent EV mode, which is normal with hybrids. For example, EV works only when the car's gas engine is warmed up. It's affected by ambient temperature, battery temp, etc.

Summary: I love this car! I traded in a sports car (G37) mainly for gas mileage reasons. I can't believe I'm driving a hybrid because I'm not that kind of guy, but after going in to get a more economical, basic car ( I have a mortgage now), I came out with the Altima. I just couldn't do a basic car and with the tech, premium, and convenience packages, this thing feels closer to a near luxury car with sporty intentions. And it gets great MPGs. After taking tips from About.com for hypermiling (Pulse & Glide technique), I've gotten over 40 MPG easy and at times 50 MPG. Amazing! But normally I average close to the 35 MPG range. I like to drive it hard at times for the fun factor, too. I am so happy with this car it's ridiculous. LOL!
