"Fusion Hybrid is smart, but service/update problems"
3.0 starson by gc2488Pros: love the smooth quiet electric drive aspects and efficiency
Cons: Ford service is having problems resolving issues: nav update needed, hands-free microphone update exists but local dealer service can't yet install, and blind spot sensor intermittently fails with service indication on dash.
Summary: Like the problem because of the smart design and choice of advanced features, and because of the smooth electric-only drive at low speeds. I want more -- more battery capacity and plug-in capability in the future, please. Reply if anyone can help me get my Fusion Hybrid serviced the way it should be, I'm less than fully satisfied despite the good design and functionality.

YOU DON'T NEED THE DEALER TO INSTALL UPDATES. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THEM TO A THUMB DRIVE AND INSTALL. OR IF YOU ARE REALLY A TECY & HAVE A PC BASED IPOD / IPHONE YOU CAN HOOK THAT UP TO THE USB & INSTALL.

(I wrote the review, I'm the one needing service response in Ogden Utah. gc2488@gmail.com, thanks. Hopefully these things will be resolved over time, it's just taking time.)
