Pros: Styling, craftsmanship, handling, audio/electronics, fuel economy.

Cons: Weak features list, light steering.

Summary: Aggressive exterior/Interior sporty styling (with optional AMG wheels). High quality craftsmanship. Ride comfort. Superb handling. Great audio (Harman Kardon Logic 7). Nicely integrated electronics (COMAND system). Although the standard seating surfaces are artificial leather, they feel nice and hopefully will outlast real leather.
Features-to-price are somewhat weak compared to most American and Japanese entry level luxury sedans (e.g. artificial leather on a $48K car?). Some of the exterior body panels have large gaps (e.g. hood to front quarter panels). However, the car is still the nicest looking entry level luxury sedan (IMO). Performance adequate, but not up to par with competition. Overly light steering wheel. C350 should be offered as a 4-matic and/or manual transmission.
I would highly recommend this car to friends and relatives assuming that it turns out to be reliable.
