Bottom line
With excellent fuel economy, a comfortable interior, and really excellent cabin tech, the 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid makes for a near perfect commuter car and general transportation.
The 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid looks good and can be had with very advanced driver assistance features, but buyers should expect fuel economy averaging around 40 mpg instead of the 47 mpg EPA test number.
The 2010 Lincoln MKS is quite a tech cruiser, with features that will thrill any gadget lover while traveling in comfort.
While we love the 2010 Lincoln MKZ's cabin tech, the next model update should take advantage of more efficient engines currently under development at Ford.
The 2014 Acura RLX makes a game attempt at being a high-tech roller, but suffers from flaws serious enough that they should send Acura back to the drawing board.
