Pros: Gas mileage, tech features, ride, peppy for a hybrid, very quiet cabin, excellent sound system (THX).

Cons: I don't care for the grille, limited color and interior options, complicated instructions for some of the features.

Summary: After driving an Acura TL for 6 years I wanted a car that had at least as many nice features, and was looking to trade off horsepower for gas mileage. The MKZ hybrid fit the bill for me. The instrument panel provides a lot of flexibility for what kinds of data and format for display on things like fuel economy. The navigation system is good, although the traffic display from Sirius is not as detailed as what you can get on a phone. The backup camera and blind spot indicators are very nice and functional touches. The trunk is not large, but it's big enough for all my regular chores and activities. Gas mileage has been low in the winter (35 mpg avg.) but up to 41 on highway trips, and close to 40 for my regular commute. Mileage is low until the car warms up, which can be a while.
