Pros Hi MPG. Comfort, great handling and fun to drive. I LOVE the upper dash which provides all of the important information and it is easy to see
Cons I haven't found any. Wish I could have gotten the EX without a sunroof. The EX should include a built in electric garage door opener.
Summary I sold my 2009 Corolla XLE and got the 2012 Civic EX. I consider this a smart move because of better (anticipated) reliability, better mpg and styling, plus the great dashboard.
Pros great gas milage, quick, easy to handle, looks nice, low maintenance. impressive i-mid system. security system.
Cons unable to upgrade the civic lx to navigation system. or control apple 3rd party apps like siri, pandora or iheart radio from the i-mid system, you can do it from the iPhone just not the i-mid system.
Summary Good gas milage on my way to work i have gotten up to 44mpg and coming back from work i get about 38mpg. I drive about an hour and a half through winding roads on the southern california ortega hwy it's a cushy car and handles very well, love the i-mid system. i have the lx wish i could've afforded the ex or wish they'll allow people to upgrade to the i-mid/navigation system.
Pros quite disappointed with the miles, never seen 39 MPG on a freeway, got 33MPG. doesn't have too much power when use ECON. too much vibration with the suspention, unconfortable to jump in and out, no too much room rare seat, not happy with the car
Cons wont raccomand it too small and expensive it costed me total 290000
