"Sounded OK at first, then after 6 months blew a woofer" By bakkoi

Pros: Nice appearance, (if you buy speakers for appearance). I liked the idea of 4 way for movie listening, but weren't much better than 2 or 3 ways I've tried, Def Tech, Martin Logan, Bose, none have satisfied, yet.

Cons: Seemed to be power hungry had to add db. to center channel to get balance, and of course I blew a woofer as stated above.

Summary: I asked JBL to replace my woofer, but of course needed a receipt, which I misplaced (or threw out) Woofers shouldn't die behind a Sunfire amp, It was obviously a defective unit and JBL has been no help. Have allready replaced with a Cerwin CVHD-6, but I don't ... Expand full review
