"Finally - a keeper (from a Blackberry, G1 owner)"
Pros: - Excellent UI and touchscreen
- Great email and was easy to setup
- Very few system errors (especially compared to G1 (daily) / BlackBerry
- Typo correction makes touchscreen easy even for fat fingers
- Apps / music have seemless integrationCons: - Battery isn't the best [compared to BlackBerry Curve] but way better than G1
- A little quirky options (e.g., having to go to "edit" to bring up checkboxes; "contacts" doesn't have favorites, but "phone" does)

"Great software - HORRIBLE reception. Drops calls!"
Pros: Great software
Cons: Drops calls all day everyday. Were talking 50% of all calls are dropped at some point. Totally debilitating.
