Pros: Great Design. Very user-friendly processes.
Cons: Battery dies after 2 to 3 hours of use even if you turn off 3G!! Calls drop 50% of the time. You can only use music as a ringtone if you buy it from Apple. Very restrictive. Apple support stinks & refers you to ATT which then asks you to call Apple!

"nice device, terrible data service"
Pros: beautiful device with many thoughtfully designed features.
Cons: I'm in NYC where wireless data coverage should be as good as anywhere else in the US. Yet wireless data is operational less than 50% of the time.
