"Flawed product"

Cons: Battery dies after 2 to 3 hours of use even if you turn off 3G!! Calls drop 50% of the time. You can only use music as a ringtone if you buy it from Apple. Very restrictive. Apple support stinks & refers you to ATT which then asks you to call Apple!
Summary: This phone is beautiful but it does not work. What a shame!
I am having the exact same problem as yours. My Blackberry woudl last me all day and for the same usage the Iphone is out within about 2 to hours max!
