  • "Nothing compared to Nokia N96"
    0.5 stars
    on by Fil0403

    Pros: Design; touch-screen

Cons: Activation; battery; features; headphone jack; price; size

Summary: For this kind of money you can get a Nokia N96 and you get a far superior mobile phone (i.e. a true smartphone).

    P. S.: It's certainly not an abysmal mobile phone; the rating is just to balance with the usual biased 10's from usual Apple sheeps.

An obvious window's troll who has never really used the best phone on the planet.

Just had a look at this reviewer's community profile.
Out of 29 reviews he bigs up Windows and Microsoft products in 8 of them, slates Apple products in 9 of them and declares that 6 different mobile phones have the "iPhone Pwned". Strangely enough he also considers the iPod Touch "the best MP3 player ever" despite it being an iPhone... without the phone. While I have every respect for freedom of speech this seems a bit of a mission to balance popular reviews of Apple products with knee jerk reactions.
    You sir, are a troll.

What a ridiculous review! What's wrong with the new and improved headphone jack which you have listed as a con? I'm sorry but it's clearly obvious that you don't own one of these and so wrote a bitter review in jealousy. To anyone serious about getting the iphone 3g I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. If your deliberating about committing to an 18 month/2 year contract what for the prepaid version which will be released later in the year which offers greater value for money. Yes the iphone 3g has it's downsides but the pro's far outweigh these. Trust the guys at cnet reviews as they truly know what they are talking about, an 8.3 score signifies an excellent handset and these guys very rarely if never at all get it wrong.

Perhaps you mean the N95, the N96 does not exist yet.
