"Apple has really raised the bar with the iPhone"4.5 starson by DaneAlex
Pros: DESIGN--inside and out; endless capacity for applications; the iPod interface that we all know and love, but better than ever; excellent call quality on both ends; above average speakerphone; good battery life when it is used moderately
Cons: Battery life gets a little poor when it's used frequently; sometimes I just miss keys
Summary: Really I can't say anything against the iPhone, especially the 3GS. My one regret is not springing for the 32GB, just to have the peace of mind because I anticipate having this phone for quite some time. My complain about the battery life when it's used frequently is mostly nitpicky... even when using the GPS on long trips, I can at least make it through a long day without needing to plug in. I got the iPhone after being a years-long Blackberry fanatic; my last was the Curve 8310. I really liked messaging on that phone, I'm pretty sure it was my favorite in that respect. In the iPhone's defense, though, the touchscreen keyboard is incredibly user-friendly, intuitive, and spacious even when in the upright position. The iPhone plan is a tad pricey, and the phone isn't cheap either, but you really get what you pay for. I will buy any phone Apple makes.
