Pros: With the iPhone 3GS you get what you promise. The graphics (considering when it was actually released) are really good and the phone is fast. The battery life is good but could last longer depending on your use of the phone.
Cons: The iPhone 3GS often either crashes or logs at time if the iOS version. The (black) iPhone 3GS from testing heats up real quick when in use - and you don't have to be playing a high res. game for it t heat up like that.
Summary: With the iPhone 3GS you get what you pay for. It isn't the best with all the lags or crashes, but it's certainly fast for the beginner iPhone and it takes golden quality pictures (for the time it was released), of course now everything about the 3GS is improved in the 4, but we're not reviewing the 4. I honestly never had a serious problem with it. It never call failed for me and it always did what I wanted. Occasionally, it did crash or lag but it's nothing an iOS update won't fix.
