Apple iPhone 3GS (32GB - black, AT&T)

Pros: Exchange Business Support for Email, Voice Control, Video Camera and Editing, Best User Interface. Third party apps enable USB Mass Storage (iPhone View). On-Screen keyboard superior to my Blackberry's ancient key version which traps dirt & is SLOW.

Cons: Very Few. Excellent Product. Lots of old Window's Users still have an axe to grind. Lack of multi-tasking is not a big deal thanks to iPhone's capability of remembering where a user was when they left an App. State is restored upon return.

Summary: Those panning down on the iPhone have probably never used one for an extended period of time. The iPhone has become the premier Business smartphone thanks mostly in part to its Industry-Leading User Interface. Once again, Apple proves it is not about "technology features," as much as it is about User Interface.
