Apple iPhone 4 (16GB - white, AT&T)

Pros: - Nice cameras
- No complaints regarding reception (if you have case)

Cons: - Very slow, especially when accessing Internet. Refreshing mail Inbox takes up to 2 minutes.
- Awful quality, the worst I ever had with any electronic devices. Problems with Headphones, headphones slot, sim card.
- Awful customer service.

Summary: Will stay away from Apple products. I have heard from many people about similar issues with Apple laptops.

The only place you can get service at is Apple store. So you might have to drive 90 miles to the nearest store, wait in line (or make a reservation), just to get your phone cleaned and be told: "Come again if the problem persists". This way they postponed actual maintenance of my phone until my warranty expired, and they asked me to pay $149 for diagnostics of my phone. The store is PACKED with people with similar problems with their devices. This store is located in Jacksonville, FL, St. Johns Town Center.

So far I had problems with sim card slot (phone sometimes didn't see the sim card), with headphones, which got broken after 3 uses (replacement ones too), with headphones slot (after using headphones the phone still acted as if headphones were connected, i.e. it was basically impossible to make or receive calls as the phone sent audio to headphones, but not the speakers), problem with the only button (which sometimes simply didn't work), and some compatibility problems.
