Cons: NO FLASH PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No pure multitasking. Antenna gate is still a minor issue, but even less of an issue on Verizon's beefy network that plows through walls and buildings like they aren't even there. Price of Apps.
Summary: The reliability of the product pure and simple, you ask this phone to do something, and it does it. There is no waiting, almost no app crashing and the OS never crashes, at least if you don't jailbreak it. And the battery life is amazing. THIS IS THE MOST RELIABLE SMARTPHONE ON THE MOST RELIABLE NETWORK, that about says it all.

Hey! I use the skyfire app to get past the flash issue. Flash works with it. I find I only would use flash to watch videos like the Simpsons so I use that.
