Mobile Hotspot is additional $15/month
Summary Am I missing something or is Virgin Mobile USA (Sprint) much better than Verizon as far as coverage (okay...no roaming capabilities....), unlimited data (capped at 2.5GBs...but still works and no over GB fees like Verizon), monthly price $30 (with auto pay...$35 with no auto pay) compared to Verizon's $80 prepaid plan that gets you unlimited text, talk and ONLY 1 GB of data AND the fact that you can have an iPhone (so you can "fit in" with majority of the population). I had Verizon with their first 4G LTE phone (HTC Thunderbolt) and I will definitely say I enjoyed it while I had unlimited data. Since I had to change to the "Mobile Share Plan," I lost my unlimited data. The reason why unlimited data is important to me is because I tethered my laptop up to it and used over 25GBs per month because I had no use for cable internet because of my unlimited 4G LTE. Since I've had the Virgin Mobile USA iPhone, I've loved it. I'll definitely admit that Sprint 3G isn't the fastest but even though I was used to super fast 4G LTE with Verizon, I'm okay with Sprint because I feel like they'll definitely fix towers & speed up sometime soon in the near future.
Overall, this is definitely a nice iPhone 4S (not a 4 but a 4S) and even though it is 3G, I'll take it because it's unlimited and only $30/month (w/ autopay). I recommend investing in this because you won't be sorry once you save $1000+ over a 2 year period.
