Summary: Finally found an adult phone for my daily needs.
I have officially taken ownership of my iPhone 4S. IPhone can be a bit pricey but, the quality of technology is well worth it. Got mine at an incredible price due to my upgrade eligibility. BTW...Sprint is not the only place to get unlimited data with the iPhone. Verizon grandfathered mine to my existing plan. So, I have unlimited data with it as well.
Well, it's been 12 days since I gained possession of an iPhone 4s. I have run it through every test toI could think of to compare it to my Android OS and found the iPhone allows for more clear calls and a much more stable operating system. The apps are flawless. Not once has the phone frozen on me. I love the idea of the one home key and simply tapping an icon once to close, install or delete an app. The retina screen is superb too. I was concerned about seeing the screen when I text but, the keyboard works flawless and I actually have less errors when typing on the iPhone. Another advantage... A lot less eye stress when using it to text or surf the Internet. The 8mp rear facing camera takes incredible crisp, clean photos, and it zooms and sets focus quickly. Video quality can be HD if you choose. Video playback and You-tube are so much more vivid. It has a front facing camera that allows for Skype or Face Time to another iphone user. Finally, SIRI. Yes, here I go. Wow! Voice recognition that is actually learned based on your voice algorithms. So, if you slur a word, drive your car with the window down, cross the parking lot, or shop at the store, whisper or yell, Siri clearly understands everything I ask. This includes sending text messages from start to finish from your phone, Facebook or even your G-mail and E-mail. Put your blue tooth or headset on and Siri will verbally verify every command, including text messages, or e-mail before its sent without touching the phone. A true hands free experience. Siri will find and dial a number, lead you in the right direction, and actually find a place of interest for you. And don't worry about forgetting things, just let Siri know and your alarms, appointment and reminders are set. Siri works for you, and gives you optio Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) it will adapt to your wireless needs even more as time goes by. I will say Siri has officially rolled over Google voice in my opinion. That's my run-down on the iPhone 4S. Love it!
