"Great new features worth upgrade from iPhone4"
on by NJbadboyPros CAMERA, A5 DUAL CORE PROCESSOR, SIRI, BLUETOOTH 4.0
Cons It's about time for a bigger screen!
Mild issue with Battery life compared to pre iOS5 (supposedly the 5.0.1 update fixes)Summary Well worth my trade-in and upgrade from a 16GB iPhone4 to the 32GB 4S love everything about it. What made me upgrade was the HUGE upgrade value I received for my 16GB iPhone4 from Best Buy Mobile ($270). I bought the 4S two days after launch and have not had any regrets at all.
The camera is much improved, takes photos faster, has better facial recognization and focus.
Siri is just amazing, didn't think i would use it alot, but such normal tasks as setting the alarm, are now so easy you dont have to thumb thru menu's and scrolls, you just tell her and it's done.
The A5 processor seems to make web pages load faster on 3G as well as WiFi.
The notifications in iOS5 are simply amazing!
The updated GPS sensor makes for more accurate positioning.
The look/feel/weight even in an OtterBox case
iCloud finally provides a way to change info on your phone and pc without having to sync!!!
The iPhone definitely holds its value and is something that can never be a wrong choice. -
"Incredible phone if you are upgrading from iPhone 3GS"
on by dimawilPros Amazing Screen - How did I live without a Retina Display for so long
Lightning Quick - The difference is noticeable if you're a power user like myself
Call quality is really good - seem they sorted out the antenna
Camera - amazing camera with shed load ofCons Biggest problem - the fragile outer materials, no matter what case you buy, if you drop it then it will break
3G switch - has been replaced by cellular data switch but it means theres no 2G option and that means less battery saving techniques
Siri - altSummary from a 3GS user upgrading to this then it was a no brainer. this is almost 8 times faster in processing and almost 12 times faster in graphics. the difference is not just noticeable but it becomes second nature to think how the hell did i not have this before. I have the 3GS and still do comparisons and considering the age it is not too slow but it is definitely slower than the 4S. I tried Android phones and I tried Windows phones but to get the full and easy out of the box experience there is no one better than Apple in my humble opinion.
The changes albeit small have made one huge difference. Changing for changing sake is unnecessary and i commend apple for not being a sheep. it made a good phone even better and it put the cat among the pigeons and now makes Android stand up and take account. I know ICS is coming which unlocks a second core but its not all about the stats. after all the iphone is underclocked to save battery and apple care more about user experience rather than stats. 4 million in 3 days is no small feat and it just shows that a lot of people are of the same opinion as i am. the best just got better
