"Used phone for 24 hours, and it is already annoying me."2.0 starson by trueplayer12345
Pros: Inexpensive, reasonably size screen. Entry level. Somewhat responsive.
Cons: Horrible battery life, mediocre connectivity. Internal memory is a joke.
Summary: Well, the adage that states you get what you pay for is true. I paid $100 and I am not sure if it is even worth that.Well, a week in, and trolling forums on my free time has yet to yield any positive results with WiFi. I did an software update which did nothing but erase everything on the phone and force me to start over. That was't so bad since the phone is new. File explorers and WiFi apps don't seem to help either.
This phone has the worst battery life I have ever encountered in any phone. The battery died on me while the phone was off. I can charge it for hours on end and it still does not take a full charge. Rebooting the phone causes you to lose at least a 50% of the charge as well.
Connectivity is just as much of a joke as the battery. Signal will literally fluctuate while leaving the phone on a table. Wifi doesn't seem to have functionality. I can be downloading something and it just stop downloading. God forbid you actually rely on the AT&T network for functionality, you will be sorely disappointed. I switched from a no contract Verizon phone to this to be even more disappointed than I was before. Save your money for a real android.

The options that do work for me are not practical. One involves power cycling the router whenever I want to connect or the phone goes to sleep, obviously not doable when I don't have physical access the the router, and even then, it is not good. Otherwise, I can ping the phone from the router utilities, but that only helps if I have admin access to the router, or the third option as to setup a fixed IP address on the phone, which is really only good if you are planning on only using Wifiat home.
This phone seems to work fine, otherwise. I would not recommend buying it unless you were planning on not using the web regularly (opr at all) or had an (near) unlimited data plan
Updated on Oct 15, 2012After less than two months I can say that this is the worst phone I've ever used. I was a Palm fan before this. When My pixi bit the dust, I decided it was time to get an Android. I understand that this is an entry level budget phone, but seriously makes me want to leave android and never ever ever again.
Apps foce close constantly. I find myself rebooting the phone literally a dozen times a day to get even basic functionality from this device. I have to do battery pulls regularly, which is an obscene pain, since I like to keep phones in cases.
Many people reference the low memory issues of this phone, and I have yet another to add. This phone only seems to work with the 2GB micro sd card that comes with the device. I have tried two separate memory cards that work perfectly fine with other devices, have data corruption with this phone. Any apps that do allow you to load from the memory card will not load from any memory card other card. GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE.
