Cons: Takes me about 5-10 attempts to make a call, constantly "searching for service" and I live in a Sprint PCS area. Contacted Virgin, was told Audiovox knows that the 8500 does this and suggested upgrading to an 8610. Two weeks out of warranty and I am sol
