Pros: Great Browser Funtionality, works great for connecting to CRM applications. Keypad works great, took a little while to get used to, but now I love it. I especially like charging via USB cable, makes life easier
Cons: Wish it had more BlueTooth Funtionality, at least be able to sync via BlueTooth, or transfer files.

Pros: I've parked my IPAQ! This little device does it all! I can get mail, send text messages, check my calendar, sync with my desktop and even get phone calls. It is so nice to have just one device to deal with. The SmartType is easy to use and very intuit
Cons: Would like to download other ringtones, but T-Mobile doesn't support it.

Cons: A bit hard to set up the e-mail function and the blue tooth wireless but once you are done it is nice.

Cons: None - they have thought of everything. Don't worry about the different key board layout - it works like a dream.
