Summary Before i get into the Summary of this Phone, i want to share a story, recently my mom recently bought a unlocked BB Pearl 3G, however, after 3 months with it the phone died in an unforunate car accident...once my mom got over the physcal and emotional trauma, she obviously need a new phone however, she on her own preference refused any touchscreen device, she wanted a new blackberry, but after 5 minutes with a BB Curve she dissmissed it. She did the BB Bold 9700 but the store didn't have any more BB Bold 9700's. Then i read about this phone online, and placed a call at my local T-Mobile, and asked to be called when the had the device ready, i got a call within one week. I went all the way to store with a intent of buying the device as a gift, but then turned ice cold at the thought that my mom would turn it down, so i took her to the store and she fell in love, needless to say i bought her the device.
ACTUAL SUMMARY: After a few days with the device(i borrowed it when my G2 was in the repair shop) i absolutely love the deice, The only qualm many people had with Blackberries was the web browser, and Blackberry resolved that with the new webkit based broswer. but moving past all the "New Device" hype if you already have a blackberry model that is upgradeable to BB OS 6, then there is no real reason, for you to uprade, however if you have just resurfaced from 2-year contract wolrd and are looking for a new phone, i strongly suggest you check out this phone as a potential device, why simply because this device not offeres all the good about a blackberry without much of the bad.
Over the days i have used it texting emailing, syncing with my email accounts, web broswing, getting directions, nearly everything you would use in a modern smartphone are easy to use, plus blackberry's new os is easier to use,and even the BB APP store is starting to pick up, and i found quite a bit of worthwhile applictions. The Bottom Line is : Great Hardware, Great Software, Great Keyboard,Great Camera,Great screen, Decent App Selection, all make this a amazing Phone for new BB users, or old BB users who are upgrading thier phone. And as much as i try i can't think of a single con that is a deal breaker or a reason not to buy this phone.
Great Work Blackberry.

Pros Beautiful screen. Easy navigation. 5mpx camera w/ flash!!! Easy to organize and separate apps and items on the menu.
Cons Nothing so far...
Summary I've already had a few blackberry's in the past and this has to be the best. It's slick design is beautiful. Easy to maneuver. I instantly receive emails, notifications and messages. I love this phone and have yet to find anything wrong with it.
Pros Super nice display. It is crisp and smooth. OS6 is a great improvement. The keypad is killer. The browser is fast and responsive. Overall great phone!
Cons None so far.
Summary Until a year ago I never owned a BB. I have always owned smartphones though. iPhone, Android...you name it. I bought my first BB last year, a Blackberry Curve. I went low-end to see if I would like BB. It took a few days and it does have a learning curve, but once everything is set, it is awesome. I loved my iPhone, but it is terrible for typing emails and text messages. For a touchscreen it is the best, but it will never compare to the BB keypad. If you use email as much as I do, you will love this phone. Facebook and Twitter work great, and I really dig BB Messenger. People can say what they want about how you are either an iPhone or Android user. But BB is the best at what it does. If you want to sit outside of a museum and touchscreen your way through in a virtual tour, get an iPhone. If you just want directions so you can actually go inside....get a BB. This is coming from someone who uses almost everything Apple.
Pros Has all the features I need and lots more besides. Way better than an iPhone for phone calls, sms, listening to music, social media, and so much more.
Cons Nothing really
Summary I've tried an iPhone and just keep coming back to Blackberry. For anyone wanting a 'really' smartphone this is well worth a look at.
Pros Unbeatable key board. I can type as fast on it as on my computer. Very nice battery life. Its well built, very solid and long lasting. Has al the features that you would need in your phone for your day to day needs. Very good app integration.
Cons Would like it even more if it had a better camera.
Summary If you want a phone that let you communicate and organice in a very eficient way this is the one for you. You can write very long messages, chat or emails without getting tired of wrriting on this keyboard. Its very confortable to hold in long converdations. You can use the apps and features heavily and the battery will still last all day.
