Pros The phone has some amazing features.
* It's superfast - unreal! Even the boot sequence is faster (RIMM finally fixed this - they were becoming the Microsoft Vista of smartphones);
* Graphics are really smooth - don't take my word on this...go to a Ve
Cons There are a couple of cons that RIMM should fix (none of which are worth not buying the phone, but these improvements would be nice):
* Cease the need for Blackberry Desktop Manager - Please, enough, already!!! The IPhone automatically pushes down data
Summary Great phone - needs more advertising from RIMM. It's better than the IPhone 4 and certainly a serious improvement over the Blackberry Torch. Worth the money, but it would be better if the cost was under $200. Overall - its a good comeback phone for RIMM with respect to the hardware in the phone. RIMM just needs to work on the software cosmetics to attract more customers!
Pros Best keyboard ever, espectacular display, battery life & form factor. Improve operating system.
Cons Price, but well worth it
"Fast and with WiFi"on by pignotus
Pros Bought it for the WiFi connectivity. It is fast. The keyboard is amazing. The software to switch up from my Tour 9630 was excellent. Global phone ready. Feels good in the hand. Good screen.
Cons Still getting used to the touch screen, and am fumbling around on the browser, but it is more capable than the old BB browser. Allows tabbed browsing and zooming.
Summary Got a good deal (- $50) by re-uping my Verizon contract.
Pros I just got the phone love everything about the touch screen the keyboad the faster speed. the storage except
Cons I could not tranfer lot of my blackberry apps with this new device also the traditional bb ringtones are not included. Sucks
Summary I think with a few upgrades it can be a great phones. Blackberry loyalist want to be able do the things that android and iphones users do as well as have the traditional blackbeery feel.
Pros Slim, sharp touch screen, and very easy to use. An excellent phone for the mature user that appreciates a qwerty keyboard. Software syncs directly and seamlessly Outlook 2010, using Blackberry desktop software (no third party program required).
Cons Once you sign into Facebook, duplicate calendar entries appear. You can turn them off, but you have to turn them off every time you go into calendar. Maybe there's a way to turn them off permanently, but haven't found out yet, and it's very annoying.
Summary An excellent mobile phone that does everything I need, and the best phone I have had since my Palm Treo 755p. The price was excellent, since my Palm Pre Plus stopped working, and I had Verizon's replacement insurance.
