Pros: The keyboard is a terrific feature on the BlackBerry pearl. The Suretype feature and the QWERTY layout allows the user to text quickly and efficiently. Also, the phone has a small, compact build with Bluetooth and media play ability.
Cons: Unfortunately, the phone has poor media quality. The videos are often choppy and the sound is a bit off from the picture. Additionally, the menu features and the setup of the phone can be difficult to use.
Summary: This phone is definitely worth the purchase. The main features are easy to use, efficient, the sound quality is great for AT&T, and it gets the job done. The video playback and some of the extras could be improved.
BlackBerry and RIM shows everyone again that their phones are quality products. -

Pros: everything really about it is good i especially like the track ball relly easy to use
Cons: had a bit of trouble with the memory card at first but thats sorted now
