"Easily outshines any QWERTY phone I've seen in years."
on by Dylan514Pros The Hub, probably the most noticeable improvement when compared to the previous 12 models I've used. The battery life is the best I've ever seen on a smartphone, security is still sound and of course the KEYBOARD! is fantastic, best ever bar none
Cons The screen and cameras are nothing spectacular when comparing to the iPhone, Android, Windows, or other touchscreen products. The trackpad is gone and this will certainly annoy a few users who loved scrolling off screen.
Summary The sacrifice of screen size is easily remedied with the functionality you will not find on Android, iOS and Windows Mobile. Blackberry was after all the first to provide real multi-task capabilities, long before its competitors. If email is your primary use for your smartphone than this is the phone for you. Blackberry of course has not reduced it's high levels of security, and has tacked on a battery with the best I've seen from them in terms of talk time and overall life.
After 3 different Blackberry 7 models I can safely call this a fresh start for the company and most importantly the best smartphone for a professional who emails a lot on the market. The keyboard will likely invigorate long-term users in ways the Z10 never could. -
"Great if you want a phone that's a phone!"
on by woromattPros Great for phone basics such as texting, email, music, and web browsing
Fits well in the hand and feels solid
Wonderful keyboard
Gorgeous ScreenCons Could be a little more competitively priced.
Summary All in all a great phone for someone who wants a phone for things a phone should do. The Q10 doesn't have all the bells and whistles that most smart phones have but honestly do you need to be able to play some city building app or have swipe gestures (looking at you S4). The Q10 does precisely what it set out to do, and that is be a solid phone for business class individuals and people who enjoy a physical keyboard.

"Now with a physical keyboard it's a working machine!!!"
on by F_M_SdadsfasdfPros The Hub, everything in one view, very good
The Flow, with the gestures you can handle very easy and quick
Works very fast and smooth
A stable system
Secure, and you can configure everythingCons Nothing :-)
Summary The BB10 OS is great, i love to use it. And now with a physical keyboard it's a working machine!!! :-)

"Can actually get some work done now!"
on by ghettagripPros Qwerty Keyboard, Ability to create sound profiles, Easy to search and find emails.
Cons Not the best app selection.
Summary I made the mistake of switching from Blackberry to iPhone5 when it came out. I was always on a Blackberry since they first came out but of course the new iPhone was all the rage so I figured I would try it out. iPhones are fun and have lots of apps but I need a phone that helps me get work done. I own my own businesses and live on email. Blackberry has security and ease of use for work. I will gladly give up all of the games for a phone that makes my work life easier!

"Is this the best communication device ever created?"

Brilliant screen
Hub
Blackberry 10.1 update (finally Verizon has it)
Keyboard
Battery lifeCons Nothing. Amazing phone.
Summary Yes. Yes it is the best communication device ever created. And it's not even close.
The best keyboard EVER on ANY phone. The biggest battery EVER in a Blackberry. The best messaging center EVER designed on any phone, by any manufacturer. Simply the best communication tool available in the world.
I don't want you to think it's only good because of it's keyboard. Oh no. The screen is brilliant. BB10, with the 10.1 update, is as smooth and stable as the mature phone OS's (and it's only a few months old!) and it EXCEEDS the others in several key areas. The camera is snappy and easy to use. 'Remember' is awesome now that I'm learning how to use it. The 'Hub' is so much more efficient than any other messaging on any other phone. So much more.
Oh, and it's THE perfect size. Oh, and I tortured the battery today for 11 hours, still at 60% on ride home. Can't say enough about this phone! I'm so excited to own this.
