"ONLY if you need a physical keyboard"2.0 starson by r_flanag
Pros: physical Keyboard
Cons: not super intuitive. glitchy out of the box. Browser hangs often when opening exiting tabs. Emails hang before sending. Maps program screen does not refresh and timed out after being unable to connect to server.
Summary: I'm a long time blackberry loyalist and was looking forward to this phone for a long time. It was anti-climatic. There is nothing exciting about user experience which is not an issue with me, but within 24 hours of owning the phone i was in contact with tech support to figure out the issues with the basic functions. I got this phone only for the keyboard and apps aren't so important to me. But with the glitches i've already experienced, I can't take the risk of being stuck with this phone. My only advice is that if you must have a physical keyboard, get this phone. But if you can convert to virtual keyboard, go with something more reliable. Plus, i don;t own an iphone, but I've used one - it is definitely a more intuitive user experience than the q10.
