Summary: I've been an extremely happy user of Blackberry phones for quite a long time (5+ years) and I've changed to HTC and hated them, then finally BB decides to come out with the full touch screen with sprint. Um yeah, bad idea. I'm taking it back within the next week and going back to the Blackberry Tour until the iphone comes out with sprint!! ugh. so frustrating
