    Pros: It is small and looks nice

    Cons: everything

    Summary: I got this phone in Deember 2011 and since Spint already gave me 3 replacement phones and the problems never go away. The phone regularly freezes and must be restarted. The speaker volume is very low at its highest setting. The keyboard is not responsive and the phone is incredibly slow.
