Cons: Don't like the native screen lock, but downloaded Slide2Open to solve that.
Summary: I wanted a nice touchscreen smartphone with good syncing with Outlook, good battery life, good email; decent app selection, flash and usb. Thought I might be waiting for Windows 8. iPhone has too many limitations. Android to Outlook is not ready for prime time. The 9850, with its gorgeous screen (and pretty sharp look overall) has been a delightful surprise.
The 9850 has sophisticated integration between BBM and Facebook; amazing battery life (typically 60%+ left after 14-hour day); way more than enough apps for me; I don't have the problems with keyboard some report, and I'm used to a physical keyboard or using wife's iPhone; stable, quick performance; nice for international travel as a world phone. Highly recommended.
