    Pros Great phone (voice ) quality. easy to use

    Cons Small dialing buttons

    Summary I took back a HTC Touch-Pro 2 after a few days to trade for a Blackberry Tour( it was junk,error messages galore, lots of problems) This Blackberry is rock solid just miles ahead of the HTC.I only wish it had larger number keys.

    Pros Email is quick and easy to use. Keyboard and trackball are easy to adjust to. Calls are usually clear and I never have calls dropped.

    Cons Web browsing is slow and tedious. Battery life could be better, but it did improve the longer I had the phone. RIM needs to make more apps.

    Summary I've had my Tour for a year and have been very satisfied. If you are an email and texting addict, and want clear reliable calling, you cannot go wrong with this phone. If you are into gadgets and want to play with the web and applications, this may not be the right smartphone to buy.
