Cons Had to have one so I bought the keyboardless model. It's a really good keyboard however and it likes me!

Cons Somethings such as apps and maps are lacking on this phone compared to other phones on the market, however i rarely play games or use maps on a phone.

Cons Learning curve - it takes a while to master a brand new OS. Text selection/editing, auto-focus, message/file management, new apps like Remember - differ from other platforms, but are great and powerful ways to do things once you learn them.
