Bottom line	The Blu Tango looks, feels, and acts like a cheap phone. We'd recommend almost any other Android handset, but if you absolutely must have an inexpensive, unlocked GSM smartphone, the Tango is affordable.	A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone.	Despite its bland and cheap appearance, the Speed has an impressive array of features that belie its affordable price.
