Pros: DAUGHTER THRILLED FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS

Cons: DEFECTED EXPENSIVE TEXT PHONE..TERRIBLE INDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE..WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

Summary: Bought the top of the line TXTM8 because it was advertised at almost half price off. Still paid over $100 for the phone. Daughter was thrilled to use it for a few weeks. Phone became defective and was not able to work. Company instructed me to take the phone to an office that was far from home and impossible for me to do. I called the company again (Individuals from India) and wanted the service terminated and the funds back for my phone. They will not refund you anything if the phone was talked on more than 30 minutes??? In addition they charged me for the following month the phone was not used??? They refuse to also credit the account for services not used??? If you have money laying around to give to another country than buy them.....if your like most people in the USA where the unemployment rate is at an all time high...you will regret getting ripped off by this company!!

It should be noted my daughter sold books through the March of Dimes for the phone and each monthly service she was responsible to pay. She worked hard for over a month to save up and buy this phone. Her first experience with thieves in the world has disappointed her and has mad me steaming mad....PUT CRICKET OUT OF BUSINESS NOW!!!
