"How to get them to release the upgrade" on by lilprincessred
Pros: Basic good phone
Cons: Rotten voice record tho
Summary: Guess what? I was under the understanding that my Dell Aero was Android 1.6 when I bought it. It's not! It's only a 1.4!!!!!! I do have an idea. The Tech rep I spoke to last night said if enough people with Aero's ping for updates, the tech dept will release it.
Here's the instructions on how to do this.
Go to second screen, tap search.
Type DM this brings up list DM Service(cloud with an up and down arrow).
Tap software update. Then Search for Updates. This can be done once every 24 hours. -
"It's been slammed but is isn't really all that bad" on by mobilebroadband
Pros: Small. sleek, lightweight, Android, decent 5MP camara
Cons: I'd agree with the previous person's comments. Dell's customer service is terrible. Bring back in-house customer service I say.
Trying to communicate with someone who does not speak English as their first language can sometimes be very frustrating!Summary: It isn't the best phone out their on the market but still will be perfectly fine for the average user.

Cons: Now 3.5 inches of screen is just too small, and 600mhz processor, why what can you do with that! Android 1.5 the tragedy.
Summary: Stop allowing access to phones that are not even out yet.
