Cons: Only one that I was able to find. You cant get insurance on the phone.

Summary: This is the best win mobile phone out now. Some have bigger screens most dont come near the quality that the Venue Pro has, The text is clean and crisp and the colors are vibrant. The design and build quality are top notch. Yeah Dell messed up a bit at launch but they got it back on track and produced a stylish phone for the business sector or a soccer mom. If you are looking for a Win & phone buy this one no questions asked solong as you can live with the one caveat.

Since this is a Dell phone and not sold direct through T-Mobile you cannot add device insurance to your plan. Now I havent dropped a smart phone in 7 or 8 years but I always play the sucker bet and get the insurance. I travel and I know one of these times a customs agent in china will rifle through my bag and drop it. These things are 500 with out a contract so its worht it to me for the peace of mind. So all that said its the best phone out there but mine just got returned and I ended up with the HD7. Its only been two days and I already miss my Dell, if dell and tmo can work something out in the future I will go back and get it till then I'll suck up a lesser phone for peace of mind.
