"Incorrect information in review" on by ifrt431
Pros: Navigation
Only carry one device on business tripsCons: Not really a smart phone
No app storeSummary: CNET did not do their homework when reviewing this phone. If you hold the back button down, it acts as a home screen key (i.e. it takes you back to the home screen. CNET failed to mention this.
Also, you can get the phone for $149 on a major online retailer. -
"It's not a smartphone, it's a GPS with a phone" on by mdulcey
Pros: Satellite receiver plus cellular means that the GPS works everywhere, including remote areas with no cell service. No monthly fees for GPS, so your ongoing costs are lower than some other mobile GPS solutions.
Cons: Screen is smaller than a typical standalone GPS. Not likely to ever have broad application support, so what you see when you buy it is what you get.
Summary: If what you really want is a top-notch portable GPS and a decent phone, this delivers, and lets some road warriors pack one fewer thing. If you want a smartphone, look elsewhere; this platform is simply too late to the game to attract significant app support.

"Navigation and phone is BEAUTIFUL- is SIMPLE to use!" on by GoGps
Pros: Really like the interface, and the mix of functions tied to navigation. Love the simplicity- ability to navigate anywhere, at any time, WITHOUT network support. The case/grip and screen are very nice. Browser actually works very well.
Cons: No 3rd party apps, mms support or music player integration. Definitely not an iphone, but then again, this is the "navigation phone"...
Summary: Terrific all-in-one phone for navigation and communication. If you're looking for a music player, this isn't it. What Garmin does, it does exceptionally well... I think the simplicity and navigation excellence will bring a key market segment. Overall I think it's a very nice phone.

"Sweeeet Navigation Phone!" on by tr2009
Pros: Best GPS on a phone, great integration of all the other's phone functions to the GPS, easy to use, nice feel, coolest main menu, take pictures you could send to let people navigate to that location
Cons: can't download 3rd party applications
Summary: It's a unique phone that allows me to keep my pnd at home. The nuvifone makes the greatest use of all the location based services.

"The phone is pretty Slick" on by PabloPalmeri
Pros: Best GPS on a phone out there. Gave great turn by turn, and allowed me to take calls while still routing me to my destination.
Cons: Should come with a car charger.
Summary: It's a pretty cool device if you want True GPS
