"Lots of Features but not practical"
Pros: Lots of Features Camera Resolution is good enough for day to day needs. Built in Keyboard Large viewing screen Pocket PC based software
Cons: Pocket PC 2002 BUGS BUGS BUGS... Lots of reboots. Somtimes while you are on the phone with someone you have to reboot in order to get access to information or simply hang up!. Big and bulcky... making it not so practical for everyday (outside the office)

"So many features packed into one small device"
Pros: Some say that this is a fairly large device but seeing how I no longer need my old IPAQ 3630 or my old Sprint Phone, or my old KeyBoard attachment for my IPAQ, this device if relatively small and light weight. I put it in my pocket or use the extreemely
Cons: May have to soft reset every now and then but who cares, it's very complex technology and it wouldn't be Microsoft if you didn't have to reboot every now and then would it? Program as much as you can for quick dial and voice recognition as it is very dan

Pros: Great device, syncs with my laptop while I'm out in the field. It dails the Internet, dails a VPN then runs active sync wirelessly. How great is that. The keyboard is awesome, the camera is awesome, the device is just awesome.
Cons: The battery dies quick when you put it to heavy use, Media player, phone, etc. Sprint sucks with the tech side of service for the phone. The power adapters cost too much. And it's hard to drive and dial/answer.
