"If you are near AT&T towers it is great..otherwise.." By WillEChee
Pros: Does great routing in cities.
Cons: Doesn;t work where no cell coverage as it can't load the needed maps. Don't go out to the boonies! It won't work. Limited favorites.Too bad they can't download maps to my 4 gig memory card, so I don't have to carry another GPS that works everywhere.
Summary: If I never ventured out of AT&T tower range, it might work. Also cannot add map features like notes on points (flags and pins) or make corrections to the maps. If I must have another GPS, this service is a waste of money and bandwidth. Better to have ... Expand full review
"Love the unit but it is slow and has a few bugs." By xsnitrogen
Pros: WiFi and a mini-SD card. GPS - I'm running Tom Tom 6 so I can't comment on the (Cingular) AT&T software.
Cons: Volume is low on calls and speaker. Applications are slow to start and I seem to have a lot of software conflicts that require a soft reboot. Not the best signal reception.
Summary: This PDA has all the programs and features I want and is easy to use once you get it set up. I traded up from a ipac 6515 and really like the built in WiFi. No more paying for Internet access from AT&T.
