Pros: Great phone, (my son has one)

Cons: This is the old bait and switch advertising. Once you click the link and you are re-routed to a Sprint web-site, but the HTC Hero is the only option to purchase.

Summary: I have sent an email to CNET and gotten no response, and called the 866 #, but when you talk to the Sprint agent, they say that you have to talk to the "Web Sales" department. The "Web Sales" department says that you have to speak with the "Retension department". They play this game back and forth, but all the while, they are trying to get you to buy a NEW phone. This is not what I expected to get from an ad on CNET. I know sponsers pay the bills, but this is not a valid ad and someone @ CNET should investigate. I sent an email to the CNET web department on 11/12/10 and so far no reply. Just the facts...
