Pros: Large screen, HTC sense that works, customizable.

Cons: T-Mobile 3G although signal is there will sometimes goto edge.

Summary: This phone gets picked on for being big. But its not bigger than an Iphone, but it has a LARGER screen and build in flash for the camera, higher resolution for the camera.

Don't think of it as a "windows phone" That leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. It's as stable as any android or iphone. And its hardware is better than an iphone. 800x480 resolution,1Ghz CPU, 5MP AF camera with 2xLED light. Same features too, like a compass,Accelerometer, GPS(which is better than the iphone, from what I hear). HTC is a better front end than that on the apple. Oh wait, there is no front end on an apple. You just look at a bunch of icons.

I beg to differ. This device is very unreliable, freezes up often and that's in spite of my meticulous efforts to clean out all of the deleted messages, emails, sms, etc. The back of the phone is hot all the time, and even with a new battery, standby time is about 4 hours at best. I use the soft reset button about as often as the regular power button. The touch screen and keypad are about as sluggish as it gets. Come-on HTC, don't they know that now a days, we can type faster with two fingers than before? I guess they don't realize that yet.

Either I got a "lemon" or your got an exceptionally prefect model, but this phone needs LOTS of work to even begin to call itself "smart."
