Cons -The battery life is quite short
-Started with 2.2 Froyo when the other HTCs started with 2.3

Cons I have been dealing with Verizon since December 2010. They have sent me 2 replacements with the same problem...dropped calls, sometimes 10 a day.Everything, especially dealing with Verizon's Poor, Poor customer support.
