Pros: ......... Wish I had something.

    Cons: Short Battery Life
    Serious Lag time loading anything
When trying to open texts, it takes just as long as loading email

Summary: I understand that this is my first "smart phone" but it is totally not user friendly in my opinion. I have played with friends phones and have never experienced a phone so slow just to load facebook, email or even texts.
    The screen freezes.
The battery lasts on average from 9 am to 7pm. And I talk at most 20 minutes. I have installed all battery saving options and still nothing. Even when the screen is dim all day.

Whatever. Miffed that the money was wasted on this a month ago, and there is no getting my money back. This whole situation sucks.
