HTC One V (Virgin Mobile)

Pros: Sleek, elegant design.
Sturdy casing.
Very responsive touch screen.
Excellent call quality.
Packs all the Droid features you need.

Cons: 3G as opposed to 4G.
Can be sluggish for some, but not off-putting.

Summary: I was in a bind to replace my old cell which, after 3 years of use, finally died (touch screen failed). I wasn't ready to dish out major bucks for a new phone (finances are earmarked for NY Comic Con starting tomorrow!), so I did some comparative shopping and ended up bringing this one home.
I have to say, I am exceptionally pleased with this one so far. I downloaded most every app I use on my tablet, configured it easily to suit my geek life, and put it through some rigorous paces testing it out. Okay, 3G is a little yesterday, but even with that, it functions reliably. Any slowness in network or processing speeds is not off-putting.
At $159, this is a great buy.
